Shipping Policy:

We ship to addresses within the United States and select International Countries. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For other International shipment requests please contact us at info@loganzane.com for details.


Orders are released to ship within 2 business days pending credit approval. For orders placed on weekends, they will be automatically sent the following business day via Fedex.

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing, packaging, and delivering your order to you in a timely fashion.

All item(s) ordered will arrive in secure packaging with original tags attached. Each shipment will contain a packing slip that must accompany the product in case of returns. An itemized receipt of your purchase is automatically emailed to you once your order ships from loganzane.com 

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

LOGAN ZANE products are individually made with care and pride in the USA.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value. All sales are non-refundable.

For all returns and exchanges, you must contact us at info@loganzane.com within 5 days of delivery date so that we may provide you with the designated address. Returns will not be acknowledged without our prior consent.

Items for exchange must be returned in its original "unused" condition, original packaging, and with original tags attached. Please include a copy of the receipt or original packing list as proof of claim with "EXCHANGE" written at the top, the reason for return, and the new item that you would like to replace it with.

Merchandise must be received by us within 15 days of original delivery date.

We highly encourage you to insure your package for the full item value and choose an official carrier such as UPS or FedEx that can provide you with a tracking number, as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to deny customer credit.

If replacement item is of greater value, customer will be charged the difference of the value plus the shipping/handling charge associated with item.
